Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to Host “Alamo Poker Tour Texas Hold’em Poker Challenge”
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is announcing their “Alamo Poker Tour Texas Hold’em Poker Challenge,” a two-day, celebrity-studded poker tournament and fundraising event December 8-9, 2005 at the Morongo Casino Resort in Cabazon, CA.
The host location for this event is the new $250 million Morongo Casino, Resort and Spa, located just 16 miles west of Palm Springs, California. Thursday night’s player party will feature poker-themed entertainment by Jim Karol, The Mind Wiz, as seen on national broadcast television and a celebrity filled party. Special rates are also available for guests wishing to stay at the resort.

The tournament structure and Fox Sports Net broadcast of the event creates increased excitement as the winner will receive a $25,000 cash prize.
